WE ARE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR AN EXPERIENCED ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER FOR OUR NEW CONCEPT STORE OPENING SOON IN CASHEL STREET, CHRISTCHURCH.

THE ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER WILL BE EXPECTED TO LEAD FROM THE FRONT, AND INSPIRE SUCCESS IN ALL AREAS OF PEOPLE MANAGEMENT AND STORE MANAGEMENT.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Supporting the Store Manager in:- Managing, motivating, and leading the team to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and an exceptional customer experience
- Monitor and analyze performance data and make any necessary adjustments to drive commercial success
- Effectively managing all retail operations within a fashion store environment
- Be a role model and lead your team for customer service and meeting or exceeding customers’ expectations
- Guide and train all team members within your assigned area on brand product knowledge and customer service
- Coordinate team members to consistently execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards
- Coordinate team members to ensure most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process
- Supports store management team by providing feedback on the required resources within the store to achieve all Stockroom Operational needs and to deliver and maintain a Premium Stockroom Model
- Drives and ensures compliance with Global Retail operational directives, processes, policies and standards within the store back of house, proposing ideas and solutions to build a world class Factory Outlet experience.
- Share best practices to drive the overall store team performance
REQUIREMENTS:
EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING WILL BE HIGHLY REGARDED:
- Retail leadership experience in men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear
