Assistant To Nurse Injector

We’re hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Assistant to support our Master Nurse Injector, full-time Tuesday–Saturday. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and takes pride in delivering exceptional support to both patients and team members. • Assisting and preparing Master Nurse Injector in providing patient treatments
• Reconstituting, drawing up, and calculating neurotoxin dosage (training provided)
• Setting up neurotoxin and filler trays prior to treatment
• Inventory management
• Charting injection placement and transcription of nurse’s notes during treatment
• Help manage the schedule and maintain a smooth patient flow
• Clean and disinfect treatment rooms after each patient
• Maintain patients' medical records
• Create and maintain treatment plans
• Become educated on skincare, retail products offered by our practice, offered services and related patient questions, and patient education including pre/post treatment
• Document treatments and help with photography
• Educate patients on skincare and support the patient journey
• Follow SOPs precisely to ensure excellent clinical standards
• Obtain consents and ensure patients feel comfortable, heard, and cared for
• Occasionally support the front desk (rooming patients, check-in/out, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
