Un percorso di stage retribuito di 12 mesi all'interno di un grande gruppo multinazionale, con formazione tecnica e trasversale, affiancando i nostri esperti e partecipando a corsi e workshop dedicati. Potrai sviluppare competenze pratiche e teoriche, lavorando a stretto contatto con i professionisti di AXA XL Italia e a livello internazionale, entrando nel mercato assicurativo come Assistant Underwriter Property.
- Supporterai il team di Assuntori Property nella gestione e nello sviluppo del portafoglio di business, nella preparazione di report mensili, nelle attività di pre-assunzione dei rischi, sviluppando le tue conoscenze sui testi di polizza e sull'analisi dei rischi Property;
- Collaborerai con altri dipartimenti per sviluppare una rete interna che faciliti il trasferimento di informazioni e dati tra funzioni utili alla gestione dei clienti e del portafoglio.
SHARE your talent
- Sei neolaureato/a in discipline economiche, bancarie o assicurative.
- Hai un buon livello di inglese.
- Sei curioso/a e appassionato/a al mondo assicurativo e dei grandi rischi
- Hai capacità di analisi dati e buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Hai buone capacità organizzative, di gestione delle attività e del tempo
- Sai ascoltare e comunicare in modo efficace, adattandoti ai diversi interlocutori e ai cambiamenti in maniera proattiva.
- Sei motivato a lavorare in team con persone con diverse competenze e culture per raggiungere obiettivi comuni.
