Associate Dentist

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality dental care and will have experience in a variety of dental procedures. This role requires a commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team.

Duties
As an Associate Dentist, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages.
• Developing and implementing treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
• Conducting various dental procedures, including restorative, preventive, and pediatric dentistry.
• Utilizing dental software for patient management and record keeping.
• Collaborating with dental hygienists and support staff to ensure optimal patient care.
• Educating patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and preventive care.
• Staying current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training.

Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred
• Familiarity with Epic or similar electronic health record systems is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and staff alike.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $150,000.00-$300,000.00 per year
