Associate Executive, Nursing Administration, Eastern General Hospital Planning Office

You will provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, meetings and room bookings. Additionally, you will perform filing and document maintenance, compiling statistical reports and maintain departmental records. Your role also encompasses monitoring and updating of inventory movements of fixed assets under EGH Nursing Division. Additionally, you will coordinate major events including conferences, seminars, retreats, and celebrations. The position will require to source for, evaluate and ensure operational readiness of office equipment, and overseeing the management and utilisation of office supplies and ensure compliance to procurement guidelines.

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline
• Min. 2-4 years working experience in administrative work, preferably in healthcare setting
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Meticulous and detail oriented
• Resourceful team player capable of working independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
