We are seeking someone to support the administration of a new team dedicated to reskilling individuals whose jobs have been impacted by technological transformation. In this role you will have the unique opportunity to get in at the beginning of forming a team that will empower high-potential employees to explore new career paths. This team will deliver personalized development experiences including individual development plans, assessments, rotational assignments, customized curriculum, job shadowing, mentorship, and other growth opportunities. This role will provide administrative support, handling logistics, training procurement and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procure, coordinate, schedule, produce and provide post-session support and qualitative evaluation for training
- Give input on the creation of policies and procedures for the development of this team
- Support the marketing of this new team and recruitment of participants
- Contribute to participant vetting and selection
- Participate in career services discussions and training, giving input on Statements of Qualifications, resumes and mock interviews
- Ensure participant records are accurate and current
Working Conditions
The successful candidate must reside in California upon appointment.
Selected candidate(s) hired may be required to attend in-person Onboarding at our Vacaville office with expenses for attendance paid by State Fund.
