The Division of Mine Reclamation’s mission is to partner with local, state, and federal agencies to reclaim and remediate environments disturbed by mining, to benefit people and wildlife. Under the direction of the Administrative Manager (Staff Services Manager I), the Associate Governmental Program Analyst will function as the Contract Liaison within the Division of Mine Reclamation, Administrative and Technical Support Unit. The Contract Liaison is responsible for coordinating contract and budgeting functions associated with federal and state grants and/or reimbursable contracts as well as internal and external non-IT expenditure contracts. The incumbent is expected to function independently while performing complex technical analytical staff services assignments in support of the division’s five units.

Working Conditions
This position is located in Sacramento and is eligible for a hybrid telework schedule, with employees required to work in-person at 715 P Street, MS 1803, Sacramento, CA 95814. At least three days of remote work and up to two days of in-office work per week is the available hybrid telework schedule for this position. Alternative work locations will not be considered.
