Overview

Crocs is seeking an Associate Master Data Analyst to join its global Master Data team. This position is responsible for maintaining and improving Master Data in key systems, as well as resolving data quality issues through the appropriate identification, detection, and correction of errors.

You will be involved in a wide range of Master Data activities across a wide range of areas, including Customer, Vendor, Value Added Services (VAS), and Pricing.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for day-to-day global data maintenance for master data objects.
• Review and validate requests in Salesforce/Microsoft Power Automate.
• Execute requests through manual entry in SAP master data system as approved by the business.
• Perform all master data related activities with accuracy and within established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Support team by validating master data requests prior to execution to maintain quality data management.
• Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with procedures and company’s compliance policy.
• Ensure data quality, compliance and consistency of master data across business systems.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and requestors to ensure required attributes are accurately and consistently reflected in requests.
• Troubleshooting of issues with cross-functional teams and report any unusual issues or discrepancies to team lead.
• Perform other duties assigned.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Minimum 1 year of related experience in SAP master data management is preferred.
• Preferred experience working in an ERP environment, inclusive of SAP.
• General knowledge of master data and how it applies to business.
• Prior experience using Winshuttle is an added advantage but not necessary.
• High accuracy and strong attention to detail is a must.
• Possess strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to efficiently prioritize work and timely inform stakeholders on the progress in a fast-paced environment.
• Work well in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
• Comfortable with technology and learning new software/processes
