Associate Planner - Ecommerce

Job Summary

The Associate Planner – Ecommerce supports the merchandising and ecommerce planning function by managing seasonal and in-season financial plans, inventory performance, and reporting for the business. This role is responsible for forecasting demand, monitoring inventory levels, analyzing sales performance, and partnering cross-functionally with Merchandising, Operations, Marketing, Site Merchandising, and Warehouse teams to drive inventory productivity and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Box Planning: Manages Seasonal Box and oversees Monthly Beauty Box both pre-season and in-season. Includes monthly reforecasting and quarterly OTB. Excel skills necessary.
• In-season Inventory Management: monitors weekly performance to address inventory concerns. Works cross-functionally with Planning team, Ops, Site Merch, Warehouse, and Marketing on various strategies to deplete inventory.
• Cross-Functional Process & Reporting: Maintains planning files and systems to support the Merch Strategy team. Supports ad hoc analysis and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years work experience, preferable in Merchandise Planning and/or Buying
• Strong Excel and google sheets skills required
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends or holidays based on business needs

Work Environment

• Shift Schedule: Night shift (aligned with U.S. business hours)
• Office Location: IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City
• Direct Hire / Captive Site

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
