Audit Manager

We are a dynamic and fast-growing company in the FMCG manufacturing sector, seeking a strategic, detail-oriented, and experienced Audit Manager to lead our internal audit function. This key leadership role is essential to ensuring financial and operational integrity, strengthening internal controls, and supporting business growth through process excellence and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee the execution of comprehensive internal audit plans across all departments
• Evaluate the effectiveness of risk management, compliance, and internal control systems
• Conduct end-to-end audits, including financial, operational, and compliance reviews
• Identify control gaps, inefficiencies, and areas of risk, and recommend actionable solutions
• Prepare and deliver detailed audit reports with insights and improvement recommendations
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive process improvements and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Monitor adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA strongly preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive audit experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity
• Proven experience in the FMCG or manufacturing industries is required
• Strong understanding of internal audit standards, risk assessment methodologies, and compliance frameworks
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Effective leadership abilities with a commitment to integrity, objectivity, and professional excellence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php120,000.00 - Php140,000.00 per month
