Audit Manager

Location: On-site | Intramuros, Manila

Job Level: Managerial

Schedule: Monday to Friday; 7 AM-4 PM

Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for protecting the organization’s assets and ensuring financial and operational compliance across the company. You'll plan and execute audit programs, manage department operations, and communicate findings to the Audit Committee and executive management.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct regular audits of cash, investments, inventory, and fixed assets

· Lead audits of the company’s service offices every 6 months

· Design audit tools and compliance trackers

· Prepare and implement strategic audit plans and budgets

· Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, IC, and BSP regulations

· Serve as liaison for internal and external audits

· Report findings and recommendations to Audit Committee and President

· Audit subsidiaries and ensure resolution of audit findings

Qualifications

· Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

· Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) is a plus

· 5 years of experience as an Audit Manager

· Strong background in managing teams and departmental operations

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

· Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

· Must be a practical Catholic, preferably affiliated with the Knights of Columbus

· Willing to do fieldwork for audits across service offices

· Has experience in the investment or banking industry.

Pay: Php92,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month
