Job Description

• Review adequacy of maintained documents against relevant management standards
• Carry out internal IMS (Integrated Management System) audits
• Work with training partners to conduct Awareness Training on ISO IMS on a regular basis, including revisions and updates to the system
• Guide EM Services companies in documenting and implementation of ISO Management Systems
• Promote recognized principles and techniques of effective management system • Plan and coordinate ISO Management Review sessions
• Other duties as assigned from time to time Job requirements

Requirements

• Degree qualification preferably in Engineering
• At least 3 years of audit experience, MUST be a REGISTERED Auditor/Lead Auditor of relevant certification schemes
• Experience in process analysis and control assessment to identify weaknesses and improvement areas
• MUST be familiar with 2 or more ISO management system standards (e.g. 9001 Quality, 14001 Environmental, 45001 Safety, etc.)
• Process improvement oriented (PDCA, Kaizen, 6-sigma, 5-WHYs, Fishbone etc.
