Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions that enhance business operations and customer outcomes. The ideal candidate has strong experience in machine learning, large language models (LLMs), automation frameworks, and implementing AI systems in enterprise environments.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including inhouse solution team, operations, and business stakeholders—to translate real‑world problems into scalable, production‑ready AI solutions.
What will you do?
AI Development & Engineering
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for prediction, classification, automation, and natural language processing.
- Fine‑tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, or enterprise models.
- Build AI agents, retrieval systems (RAG), vector databases, and workflow automation pipelines.
- Develop APIs and microservices to integrate AI components into enterprise systems.
Data Engineering & MLOps
- Prepare, clean, and transform large datasets for model training and inference.
- Implement MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Ensure model performance, reliability, and drift detection in production environments.
Solution Design & Architecture
- Participate in solutioning, feasibility studies, and architecture planning.
- Evaluate and compare models, frameworks, and cloud-based AI services (Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI).
- Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and governance requirements.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work with business teams to identify automation and AI opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and prototypes.
- Present technical concepts and results to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in building AI/ML systems (or strong project portfolio for junior roles).
- Proven experience delivering production-grade AI applications.
- Experience building intelligent chatbots, agents, or AI copilots.
- Understanding of software development best practices (Git, CI/CD).
- Experience with AIOps, anomaly detection, or predictive maintenance.
- Knowledge of enterprise IT operations or managed services environments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Clear communication and documentation skills.
- Lead a small team to implement AI solutions.
