Intel's Technology Development Analytics and Technology Automation (TD ATA) organization hires talented software engineers to develop, test, and support factory automation systems that enable Intel to manufacture leading edge semiconductors. As a Software Engineer Intern within TD ATA, you will partner with other software engineers on development and validation of quality reliable software systems.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Designing and developing applications

  • Developing databases, providing data analysis and recommendations

  • Enabling automated software testing, executing regression test cases, creating technical documentation.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate:

  • Demonstrate tolerance of ambiguity and self-motivation


Qualifications


This is an entry-level position and will be compensated accordingly. You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research, and relevant previous job and/or internship experience.

Education: Actively pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related discipline.

Minimum Qualifications:

6+ months of experience working with the following:

  • Object Oriented Programming (e.g., C#, C++, Java)

  • Microsoft or Linux operating systems

  • Oracle or Microsoft database technologies

Preferred Qualifications: 3+ months of working knowledge with Microsoft development tools (Visual Studio, .NET)

Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. * Job posting details (such as work model, location or time type) are subject to change.
