What You’ll Do:
Greet every customer like a VIP — with energy, enthusiasm, and a smile.- Help customers find their perfect vehicle based on needs and budget.
- Provide detailed vehicle demonstrations and confidently guide test drives.
- Keep up with new inventory, features, and market trends.
- Work closely with finance and management to seal the deal.
- Ensure a 5-star delivery experience for every customer.
Follow up with clients post-sale to build long-term relationships and referrals. - Maintain a professional and polished appearance and attitude at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic — we can teach cars, not hustle.
Stellar communication and interpersonal skills. - Must enjoy working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to get a State Sales License.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus — but not required.
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply!
