Job Summary
The Automotive Service Advisor at Hogan Chevrolet Buick GMC Limited is a Customer Service role responsible for providing excellent customer service, advice, and sales assistance to customers who have questions or concerns with their repair or service needs for their vehicles. Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding repair, parts, and service offerings for their vehicle in a timely manner
- Assisting customers with booking and checking appointments
- Inspecting customer vehicles and making recommendations for needed service, repairs, and upgrades
- Working with the service manager to devise an effective vehicle maintenance schedule for the customer
- Explaining repair and parts processes and estimated costs to customers
- Processing payment transactions
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions
- Keeping the service area clean and organized
Requirements
VALID ONTARIO G DRIVERS LICENSE
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous automotive service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot customer issues
- Knowledge of automotive repair and parts
- Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries at once
- Knowledge of business software and CRM systems
