Impactful Projects
Project 1: Aviation Cybersecurity Regulations & Trend Playbook
You will support the consolidation of aviation-related cybersecurity trends and regulatory developments into an internal playbook. This includes tracking insights from industry analysts and regulatory bodies, and curating relevant intelligence that can be shared with customers to support new opportunities, including client-related engagements.

Your contributions may include:
- Researching and consolidating aviation-relevant cybersecurity trends from sources such as Gartner
- Capturing regulatory and framework updates related to CSA, NIST, AI security, and OT security
- Developing and maintaining an internal cybersecurity playbook for the Customer Success Unit (CSU)
- Using AI tools and GitHub repositories to aggregate and curate aviation cybersecurity news and updates
- Preparing concise summaries and insights that CSU can share with customers
Project 2: Aviation Trends & Emerging Technologies
You will assist in identifying and consolidating emerging aviation trends and technologies to help Engineering LOB and CSU understand evolving market needs and innovation opportunities.

- Researching new aviation technologies, digital transformation initiatives, and industry trends
- Consolidating insights into clear reports and presentations
- Supporting internal discussions on future market requirements and technology adoption

- Aviation cybersecurity regulations, standards, and industry frameworks
- How market and regulatory intelligence supports customer engagement and business development
- Practical application of AI tools and open-source platforms for industry research
- How engineering and customer success teams use trend insights to shape solutions and roadmaps
- Professional documentation and presentation of research findings
Your responsibilities
- Conduct research and consolidate trends, regulations, and industry insights
- Maintain internal playbooks and knowledge repositories
- Prepare clear, structured reports and presentation materials
- Support cross-team collaboration with CSU and Engineering LOB
- Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders when required
Qualifications
- Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Aviation Management, or a related discipline
- Strong interest in aviation industry trends and cybersecurity regulations
- Familiarity with CSA and NIST frameworks; exposure to AI or OT security is an advantage
- Basic experience with AI tools, GitHub, or structured research methods
- Strong research, analytical, and documentation skills
- Ability to synthesise complex information into clear, actionable insights
- Good communication and presentation skills
