The M4 Network is seeking a B2B Sales & Partnership Consultant to help us expand our impact by connecting business owners, organizations, and high-capacity individuals with our leadership development ecosystem.

As a mission-driven organization focused on biblical principles, leadership training, and business growth, M4 equips entrepreneurs and professionals to lead with clarity, purpose, and influence. Your role will be key in identifying, engaging, and enrolling the right partners into the network — helping them grow while advancing the mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with business leaders and decision-makers in relevant industries.
• Build relationships with organizations that align with M4’s values and growth potential.
• Lead prospective clients through a value-driven sales conversation that highlights the benefits of M4 Network membership and the Leadership Summit.
• Maintain a pipeline of warm and cold leads, with consistent outreach and follow-up strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine messaging and offers.
• Hit monthly targets for enrollments, calls, or booked appointments.
• Represent the M4 brand with excellence, integrity, and clarity.

You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Have 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience (bonus for leadership or coaching industries)
• Communicate clearly, confidently, and with emotional intelligence
• Are self-motivated, purpose-driven, and results-oriented
• Believe in the mission of faith-infused leadership development
• Enjoy connecting with leaders, business owners, and high-performers
• Are comfortable working remotely and independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
