Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and expanding our market presence through strategic territory management and effective customer engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in sales, management, and business development, with a focus on technology and product solutions. Duties

  • Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation strategies.
  • Manage a designated territory to maximize sales opportunities and ensure consistent account growth.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs.
  • Develop customized sales proposals and negotiate terms to close deals effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM software such as Salesforce.
  • Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to increase revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for market penetration and brand awareness.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies accordingly for continuous improvement.
  • Support management in developing territory plans, setting sales targets, and executing business development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or related fields such as management or account management.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques including negotiation, direct sales, cold calling, and upselling.
  • Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and presentations.
  • Demonstrated success in territory management, lead generation, and business development strategies.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and develop actionable insights for growth opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach.
  • Experience in technology sales or technical sales is preferred but not required.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
