We specialize in custom apparel, promotional products, signs, banners, vehicle wraps, and branded merchandise of all types. Over the years, we have decorated millions of T-shirts, hoodies, polos, and hats, while also becoming a trusted contract printing partner for some of the largest screen printers in the country. Over the last couple years, we have also continued expanding into online merch stores, on-demand fulfillment, and 3PL services through PakLink Solutions.

We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative who can help us continue that growth by building strong relationships, opening new doors, and bringing in new business across both Branded Ink and PakLink.
About the Role
This is a true outside sales role focused on prospecting, relationship-building, and closing new business. This is not an order-taker position. We are looking for someone who is comfortable getting out in the field, opening doors, following up consistently, and creating long-term customer relationships.
This role offers the opportunity to sell a wide range of services, including:
- Screen printing
- Embroidery
- Promotional products
- Signs and banners
- Vehicle wraps and graphics
- Branded merchandise
- Online merch stores
- PakLink 3PL warehousing and fulfillment services
That means the right person is not limited to selling one product. You can help customers with apparel, branding, merchandise, and fulfillment solutions all under one roof.
This is a newly created growth position. For more than 20 years, Branded Ink has built its business primarily through walk-in customers, referrals, word of mouth, repeat business, and minimal advertising. Because of that, this role offers real upside for the right person to help open new doors, build relationships, and play a key role in the next stage of growth for both Branded Ink and PakLink.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and develop new business through in-person visits, phone calls, networking, referrals, email, and social outreach
- Build relationships with businesses, schools, teams, organizations, and growing brands
- Identify customer needs and recommend the right Branded Ink or PakLink solutions
- Follow up consistently on leads, quotes, and opportunities
- Communicate customer expectations clearly to the internal team for a smooth handoff
- Grow repeat business and long-term customer relationships
- Represent the company professionally in the market and in the community
What We're Looking For
- Strong people skills and confidence in face-to-face selling
- Self-motivated and able to build and manage your own pipeline
- Organized and consistent with follow-up
- Strong communication skills in person, over the phone, and by email
- Comfortable using computers, software, and technology to stay organized
- Sales experience preferred, especially in B2B sales, print, apparel, promotional products, signage, branding, logistics, or related industries
- Industry experience is a plus, but not required for the right person with the right drive
Compensation
This position includes a base salary during a 6-month ramp-up period, plus commission and performance-based bonuses. Additional incentive opportunities are available for new PakLink 3PL and fulfillment business. Strong performers will have meaningful upside tied directly to new account development and long-term growth.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
