B2b Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a driven and target-oriented B2B Sales Executive to actively sell our products and services to companies, distributors, and institutional clients. This role is ideal for sales professionals who excel in prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals and who want to earn through uncapped commissions. If you are motivated by targets, enjoy building business relationships, and thrive in a performance-based sales environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect and acquire new business clients through cold calls, referrals, field sales, and online lead generation
  • Present products and solutions to corporate, distributor, and institutional accounts
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close profitable deals
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and client updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and after-sales support

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or business development
  • Strong background in client acquisition and deal closing
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
  • Willing to work in a target-based, commission-driven environment
  • Experience handling distributors, resellers, or institutional clients is an advantage

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
