Cosmic Grading Cards is a rapidly expanding sports card and collectible distribution company specializing in Comic Slabs™, premium sports card mystery packs designed for retail and hobby markets.

Our products are already placed in 3,000+ retail locations nationwide and supported through partnerships with major national retailers including Best Buy Canada and Ace Hardware USA. We are scaling aggressively and building a nationwide sales organization focused on independent retailers, hobby stores, and specialty outlets.

Position Overview

We are seeking highly motivated B2B Sales Representatives responsible for expanding retail distribution by:

  • Signing new retail stores to carry Comic Slabs™
  • Selling initial inventory orders (cases of packs)
  • Building long-term relationships with store owners
  • Driving consistent weekly reorders
  • Developing territory growth through ongoing account management

This role is not just about opening accounts — it is about creating lasting retail partnerships that generate recurring revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and onboard new retail partners (card shops, toy stores, hobby stores, convenience retailers, specialty retailers, etc.)
  • Sell opening inventory orders (cases of Comic Slabs™)
  • Maintain relationships to drive weekly reorder volume
  • Educate retailers on merchandising and sell-through strategies
  • Maintain consistent communication with accounts
  • Grow and manage a defined territory
  • Meet or exceed weekly account acquisition targets

Sales Targets

  • Minimum Goal: 5 new retail stores per week
  • Target is designed to be highly achievable and typically attainable within a single focused sales day.
  • Average store expected reorder volume:
  • Minimum 2 cases per week

Commission Structure

New Store Orders

  • $125 commission per case

Reorders (Existing Accounts)

  • $75 commission per case

ACE HARDWARE

New Stores - $75 per case first order

Repeat orders - $20 per case

With an average store ordering 2 cases per week, reps build strong recurring income as accounts mature.

Income Potential Example

If a rep builds:

  • 20 active stores ordering 2 cases weekly:

Weekly Reorder Commission:
20 stores × 2 cases × $75 = $3,000/week

Plus commissions from new store acquisitions.
