Key Responsibilities
  • Set the standard of food quality and execution
  • Lead and develop a team of Culinary professionals
  • Ensure company food and plating specifications are met, while executing appropriate food handling protocols
  • Financial responsibility of the Culinary department
  • Support in testing new dishes with our Executive Chef

  • Previous leadership in a professional high volume kitchen
  • Proven track record of developing people
  • Attention to detail and excellence
  • Energetic and positive
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
