Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Back of House Team Member to join our culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, providing high-quality food service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Saturday/Sunday open availability mandatory.
• Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals according to established recipes and menu plans.
• Ensure all food is handled safely, adhering to health regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food presentation.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives and cooking appliances.
• Support catering events by preparing food items as needed, ensuring all dietary requirements are met.

Skills

• Hablamos Espanol!!
• Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food service within the restaurant or food industry.
• Proficient knife skills with an understanding of safe food handling practices.
• Experience in catering services is a plus.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
