Backhoe / Hydraulic Excavator Operators

Job Summary:

Operates a 20-ton backhoe for excavation, trenching, loading, and land development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment (20T backhoe) safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily inspection and basic maintenance.
• Coordinate with site engineers for excavation requirements.
• Follow site safety rules and protocols.
• Report mechanical or hydraulic concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

• With valid Operator Certificate or heavy equipment training.
• Experience operating 20T backhoe/excavator is required.
• Strong understanding of construction site operations.
• Physically fit and responsible.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php700.00 per day

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lian 4216 04A: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

License/Certification:

• Professional driver's license (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Required)
