Job Description:
Main Purpose of the Job
The Bancassurance Recruitment Specialist (Reliever) will support Bancassurance on recruitment operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Recruitment
- Fill in vacancies within the agreed Turn Around Time (TAT)
- End to end recruitment – Posting, Sourcing, Interviewing, Job Offer
- Positive candidate journey experience
2. Stakeholder Management
- Build and strengthen relationship with stakeholders through open and constant communication and engagement
3. Monitoring of reports
Education & Experience
- Graduate of a bachelor’s degree
- With at least 3 years relevant experience in end-to-end recruitment and account management (preferably Sales/BPO/Real Estate)
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Good oral and written communication Skills
- With experience in hiring for sales roles
- Applicants must be open for a 6 months Fixed Term contract.
