We are currently seeking experienced Bar & Floor staff .

Responsibilities and Duties

• Able to work evenings and late night shifts over the Christmas and new year holidays
• Excellent customer service to greet our guests and customers
• Previous beverage experience is ideal, but not essential.
• Work's well in a team
• Greet all of our guests in a warm manner
• Familiarise yourself with our drinks menu
• Take pride in your work environment and be willing to learn, ensuring that the bar is kept well stocked and to a very high standard of cleanliness.
• Ability to be well organised, maintain concentration and think clearly when preparing drinks and providing service to multiple guests within any given period of time.
• Ability to focus on details..
• Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sligo, County Sligo: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
