Bar Manager

The Bottle Tower Churchtown Gastropub is currently seeking an Assistant Bar Manager. We serve Great Food & Cocktails. Interviews will be held early January.

The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and must be good with people.

Required experience:

1 years as Bar Manager

1 year Senior Bar Tender Key holder experience essential.

1 year as Assistant Bar Manager

• Previous management experience in a busy suburban bar.
• Be a hands-on, natural leader who enjoys leading from the front
• Passion for quality food & drink
• Strong communicator with a high level of initiative
• Level-headed/sensible and consistent in nature, trustworthy and reliable
• Ability to work flexibly under pressure with a good sense of humour
• Approachable with excellent people skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong understanding of business management
• Ability to effectively delegate responsibilities and maximise resources.

About The Role.

• Flexible Working hours 4 day weeks– You will be required to work over the weekend. However you will have at least 1 weekend day off a week.
• Knowledge of Craft and world beers
• Knowledge of social media platforms
• Friendly pleasant personality who can get along well with our customers.
• Have good communication
• Experience with food service
• A good Knowledge of cocktails a plus.
