Bar Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for both full-time and part-time Bar Managers to join our growing team within our 3 city centre locations.

The Bar Manager will be responsible for the planning and organisation of operations on a daily basis and is required to work closely with the General Manager to manage staff and rostering. Previous experience in a similar role and premises is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

· To ensure all front of house staff are fully trained

· To manage and monitor staff, ensuring all duties are being carried out thoroughly, competently and to the correct standard.

· To ensure effective teamwork and communication

· To maintain effective ordering, stock control and wage costs.

· To deal with customer queries and complaints effectively and professionally.

· To represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

· To drive the business forward.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €17.00-€20.00 per hour
