As Bar Manager, you’ll lead the bar team, drive service standards, and deliver a high-quality beverage program in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the bar team
• Oversee service standards and guest experience
• Manage ordering, stock, and cost control
• Maintain beverage quality and consistency
• Ensure compliance with RSA and venue standards

About You:

• Previous Bar Manager or senior supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and/or wine
• Hands-on leader who thrives on the floor
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Bar management: 2 years (Preferred)
