Bar Manager - Bar Attendant

As Bar Manager or Bar attendant, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the bar, ensuring efficient and high-quality beverage service, managing stock and staff, and maintaining a fun, safe, and compliant environment. This role suits someone with a hands-on approach, great leadership skills, and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily bar operations and service delivery

Supervise bar staff and ensure high standards of customer service

Oversee inventory management, ordering, and supplier relationships

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor licensing requirements

Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and special requests

Plan and coordinate bar promotions, events, and marketing initiatives

Recruit, train, and mentor bar team members

Monitor budgets, costs, and stock levels

Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and operational performance.

Promoting services and products;

Washing glassware and arranging bottles and glasses;

Tapping kegs and attaching supply lines;

Replenishing drink dispensers, shelves and refrigerators;

Ideal Candidate Requirements:
Minimum of two years’ relevant experience or a relevant qualification

Strong leadership and customer service skills

Ability to manage and support a team in a busy, fast-paced environment

Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
