Bar Manager (Cbd Area)

Responsibilities

• Lead daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Oversee beverage preparation, ensuring quality and consistency across cocktails, house specialties, and other drinks.
• Manage ordering, stock levels, and inventory control to support high-volume service.
• Supervise and support the bar team to maintain smooth service flow during peak hours.
• Ensure efficient coordination with floor staff to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Monitor bar cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a bar or F&B setting, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Confident in cocktail preparation and familiar with bar inventory management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, able to perform under pressure.
• Service-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working late hours, weekends, and public holidays.
