Barber / Hairdresser – Nonehz Barbers

Nonehz Barbers is looking for a skilled, detail-focused Barber/Hairdresser to join our team.

We are a quality-driven barbershop that takes pride in clean, consistent, and high-standard haircuts.

Pay Rate:
$24.50 – $32.00 per hour, depending on skill and experience
Pay increments available over time for barbers who bring in their own clients and help grow the business

Minimum 30 hours per week.

Our Standard:
At Nonehz Barbers, we book slightly longer appointment slots than usual because we value precision, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
This role is not suitable for rushed or average work — all haircuts must meet a high, clean, and consistent standard.

Experience Required:
Minimum 2–3 years barbering or hairdressing experience preferred

If experience is less, training and guidance will be provided to help meet our shop standards

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality haircuts including fades, tapers, scissor cuts, and styling

Maintain clean, sharp, and well-finished results on every client,

Communicate clearly with clients to understand and deliver what they want,

Handle general enquiries and help out around the shop when required,

Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and professional standards at all times.

Requirements:
Must be able to speak and communicate clearly in English,

Strong customer service and people skills,

Reliable, punctual, and professional,

Ability to build and retain clients is highly valued.
