What We Are Looking For:

• Extensive experience in specialty coffee is essential — you must be confident with all aspects of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and brew methods, with an emphasis on quality, consistency, and speed.
• Outgoing, customer-centric personality — you are passionate about connecting with customers, making them feel welcome, and delivering memorable, best-in-class coffee experiences.
• Proven ability to manage front-of-house operations, including leading and mentoring a team of baristas and service crew.
• A progressive career mindset — highly motivated to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
• Strong team player with a disciplined, self-driven approach to work.

This role demands a high level of technical skill, leadership, and energy. We are not looking for average — we are looking for baristas who set themselves apart and are committed to pushing the standards of excellence in the specialty coffee industry.
