Barista

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to creating a welcoming experience for every guest while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment at all times
• Take customer orders and provide prompt, friendly, and professional service
• Handle cash and cashless transactions accurately using the POS system
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and replenishment of supplies
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Support team members to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and beverage preparation
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and attention to detail
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Pay: Php18,070.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
