Cater Care is on the lookout for an energetic and customer-focused Barista to join our lovely residential home site at Dee Why Gardens. It could also lead to other opportunities, after training, in other kitchen roles.

If you’re passionate about coffee and love delivering exceptional service, this is your chance to shine in an exciting airport environment where no two days are the same.

Roster: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm

Hourly Rate: Circa $32 per hour plus superannuation

What This Role Involves:
Crafting and serving high-quality beverages with care
Providing fast, friendly customer service
Maintaining strict adherence to hygiene, food safety, and allergen standards
Assisting the broader team as required

Barista experience/qualification
Punctuality & reliability
Friendly disposition
