Barista Supervisor

Job Qualifications:

• Barista or Food and Beverage Certificate. (preferred)
• More than 2-years of Customer service experience in cafe or restaurant environment.
• Atleast 1-year supervisor experience

Job Description:

• Supervise, train, and motivate baristas to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure all beverages and food items are prepared according to company standards.
• Manage shift schedules, delegate tasks, and oversee daily operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure consistency in service and products.
• Assist in cash handling, register operations, and end-of-day reports.
• Act as the team leader during shifts, ensuring smooth workflow and problem-solving.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
