Barista Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Barista Supervisor to lead our café team. The Barista Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, maintain product quality, and support the training and development of baristas. This role combines hands-on beverage preparation with team leadership to create a welcoming and efficient café environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily café operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to company standards.
• Train, mentor, and support baristas to deliver consistent service and product quality.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and reduce waste.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and staff performance feedback.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous barista experience required; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of coffee, espresso preparation, and café equipment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering great customer experiences.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
