DOUGHKYO is a warm and welcoming bakery known for our fresh, handcrafted cakes, pastries, and breads. We are passionate about quality, creativity, and bringing joy to our customers through our baked goods. We're currently looking for a skilled and enthusiastic barista/all rounder to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to customers
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive, welcoming atmosphere
• Take customer orders, process payments, and handle the cash register or POS system
• Serve bakery items and assist with packaging to-go orders
• Keep the front-of-house area clean, stocked, and organized
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Assist with opening or closing duties as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred
• Passionate about coffee and baked goods
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation is a plus, but training can be provided
