Barista/All Rounder

Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating high-quality beverages in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards
• Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service
• Handle food preparation tasks such as assembling food items and maintaining cleanliness of food stations
• Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including cleaning equipment and counters
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
• Uphold sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista or in the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions
• Knowledge of Micros POS systems is a plus but not mandatory
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods effectively
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one prior to employment is desirable
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks comfortably

Pay: $18.50-$25.25 per hour
