Espresso Room is seeking multiple friendly, reliable, and quality-focused Barista / All-Rounders to join our team across multiple café locations in Canberra.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, value teamwork, and take pride in delivering excellent coffee and service.

About the Role

As a Barista / All-Rounder, you will be an important part of our day-to-day operations. You may be required to work across multiple venues, depending on business needs, and will support the team in delivering consistent standards and a welcoming customer experience.

Each store will follow the same systems as each other, so moving from one site to another should be seamless and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso coffee and beverages
• Provide warm, efficient, and professional customer service
• Assist with food service, cleaning, and general café duties
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the café
• Follow systems, procedures, and quality standards
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive workplace culture

About You

• Minimum 1 year barista experience recommended
• Comfortable working across different venues when required
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to apply for required security or workplace clearances if needed
