Barista/All Rounder

Brio Brunch – Tralee

Brio Brunch is a busy, modern brunch café focused on great coffee, quality food, and warm, friendly service. We’re looking for a Barista & All-Rounder to join our team — someone who enjoys hospitality, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in looking after customers.

The Role

This is a front-of-house focused role with a mix of:

• Making high-quality coffee and drinks
• Serving customers and taking orders
• Running food to tables and clearing tables
• Assisting with basic food prep and plating
• Keeping the café clean, organised, and well presented
• Helping with opening and closing duties
• Supporting the team wherever needed during busy periods

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a barista is a big plus (but training can be provided for the right person)
• Friendly, positive, and confident dealing with customers
• Good work ethic and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and well presented
• Able to work as part of a team and use initiative
• Flexible to work weekdays and/or weekends

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: €14.15-€15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 28 per week
