Barista/Bartender

• Expertly prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso shots, lattes, cappuccinos, pour-overs, cold brew, and tea.
• Maintain and calibrate espresso machines and grinders for optimal performance and quality.
• Understand and follow all beverage recipes to ensure consistency and high standards.
• Handle, steam, and texturize different types of dairy and non-dairy milk alternatives.
• Mix, garnish, and serve classic cocktails, signature drinks, wine, and beer.
• Check customer identification to confirm legal drinking age and adhere strictly to all liquor laws and Responsible Service of Alcohol guidelines.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of liquor brands, craft beers, wine varietals, and current industry trends.
• Develop new and creative cocktail recipes as requested by management.
