Barista/Cashier

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and passionate individual to join our team as a Barista. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service while preparing high-quality beverages and ensuring the smooth operation of our café.

Key Responsibilities:

● Provide personable, high-quality customer service to all guests.

● Accurately prepare and serve a variety of menu beverages, including hot and cold drinks.

● Manage and prepare ingredients for use behind the counter.

● Mix and pour beverages with precision and attention to detail.

● Maintain cleanliness of barista stations and café areas (including opening, closing, and during service).

● Cheerfully take and process customer orders.

● Handle cash and operate the register responsibly.

What We’re Looking For:

● A friendly and approachable personality with excellent customer service skills. ● Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. ● Strong time-management skills and ability to multitask.

● Experience as a barista or in the food service industry is a plus but not required ● Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
