Barista/Cashier (Naga Technology Center)

The Barista/Cashier ensures a great PICKUP COFFEE experience by preparing quality beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and handling transactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Beverage Preparation: Craft coffee and other drinks as per recipes.
• Customer Service: Greet customers, assist with the menu, and address concerns.
• Cashier Duties: Process transactions, manage payments, and reconcile cash registers.
• Store Operations: Maintain cleanliness, assist in inventory, and follow safety protocols.
• Team Collaboration: Support team goals and help onboard new hires.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or as a barista is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills for transactions.
• Passion for coffee and excellent service.
• Flexible for varied shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Must have basic requirements and government clearances.
• Ready to start ASAP.
