We are now proud to be opening our first-ever location in Ireland. This is a unique opportunity to join an international coffee brand at the very beginning of its Irish journey and be part of building something new from the ground up.

About the Role

We are currently seeking a passionate, reliable, and customer-focused Barista to join our opening team. As a Barista at 5 to go, you will be the face of the brand, delivering excellent coffee and creating a warm, welcoming experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to 5 to go brand standards
• Deliver friendly, efficient, and consistent customer service
• Work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Support daily store operations and maintain cleanliness and organisation
• Contribute to the successful launch and ongoing growth of a brand-new location

What We’re Looking For

• Retail / Catering / Barista experience would be an advantage but not essential.
• Fluent English
• A genuine passion for coffee, flavour, and the craft behind every cup
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility with working hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Legal entitlement to work in Ireland
