Bartender/Server

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. Your role will involve preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Ensure accurate cash handling and process payments using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Engage with customers, answer questions, and address any concerns or issues promptly
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of alcohol and compliance with age restrictions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar

Skills:
- Previous experience in bartending or a related role is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Knowledge of retail math principles for accurate cash handling
- Sales-oriented mindset to upsell products and increase revenue
- Familiarity with the food industry, including knowledge of different types of beverages and their preparation methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in basic math calculations for measuring ingredients and processing payments
