Bartender/Server

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience while maintaining a safe and clean environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, managing the bar area, and providing excellent service to patrons.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling practices.
• Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting low stock levels.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines while handling food items.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with cashiering duties and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining a safe environment.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$32.90 per hour
