Bartender/Server

Job Summary:
We are seeking an outgoing and enthusiastic person to fulfill our bartender role in our hotel restaurant. This position requires a strong knowledge of bartending techniques, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and restaurant area
- Adhere to all food safety and handling procedures
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor customer alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Assist with catering events as needed
- Operate POS system to process orders and payments

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology
- Familiarity with brewing techniques and beer styles
-TN ABC license

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $8.50 per hour
