Summary

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Bartender to join our team at Baselines Pub Fleetwood in Canada. As a key member of our staff, you will craft beverages, serve customers, and contribute to an exciting sports environment. This role is vital in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience.
Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Monitor and manage stock levels of beverages and supplies.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using Micros POS systems.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy hours.
• Uphold the pub’s lively atmosphere by providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role within the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems, including Micros POS.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods.
• Basic math skills for billing and inventory management.
• Previous experience in hospitality or food service environments is preferred.
